About the Project

Verbal message of the Archbishop of Salzburg, Dr. Alois Kothgasser, to the university parish priest Andreas Jakober on Good Friday, 2008:
"I am going to restructure the pastoral care at the university and I want to restructure it."
"We have decided that starting in autumn, you will be given a new assignment."
"You want to go to one place, but you are better suited for a different one."
"Co-determination is not intended, may not to be demanded, and is not to be expected."

Quote from Dr. Alois Kothgasser's pastoral letter for Lent, 2007:
"It is not about enforcing majority decisions, but about listening and working together to arrive at decisions that everyone can stand behind. On a deeper level, it is about listening together..."
