About the Film Program

The first part of the evening is devoted to examining, through film documents, frequently asked questions relating to initial laboratory work and its evolutionary processes:

What kinds of processes take place at the beginning of projects in which the participants come from different fields of the arts, culture and science and who therefore differ widely as regards their previous knowledge, skills and abilities?

On what do the project participants orient themselves if there is no score, no script, and no pre-set choreography?

How do the participants find performance motifs, develop roles and create dialogues?

Moderator of the film program: Helmi Vent, Director of Lab Inter Arts. In the second part of the evening, Helmi Vent invites the audience to engage in discussion about the film documents that had been presented.

The event concludes with drinks in the foyer of the "Solitär" chamber music hall.
